With around 18 years of experience in the field of Landscape Architecture – he is the founder and Principal of this firm M/s. Jeyakumar Associates. He completed his under graduation in Architecture with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from School of Architecture and Planning (SAP), Anna University, Chennai in 1996. He then completed his post graduation in landscape architecture with a Master of Landscape Architecture (M.L. ARCH) degree from School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi in 1998.

While pursuing the graduation he underwent training under the renowned Landscape Architect Prof. Ravindra Bhan in New Delhi. After Post Graduation he worked as landscape architect in Environmental Design Consultants, New Delhi under Urban Designer & Landscape Architect Ar.Mahesh Paliwal. Then he worked as senior Landscape Architect in the firm Design Cell, New Delhi under Urban Designer Ar.Ravi Punde & Landscape Architect Ar.Savita Punde.
